Recipe

Ingredients: * 1 ½ cup sprouted moong and Masoor daal * 1 medium onion, finely chopped * 1 medium tomato, finely chopped * 1 Tbsp cucumber, finely chopped * 1 Tbsp capsicum, finely chopped * 1 tsp green chilies, finely chopped (optional) * 1 tsp coriander, finely chopped * 1 tsp lemon juice * Salt to taste * ½ tsp pepper * 2 papads, roasted into cones

Instructions: 1. In a large bowl, mix the sprouted moong and Masoor daal with the chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, and capsicum. 2. Add the green chilies (if using), coriander, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. 3. Mix all the ingredients well. 4. Fill the roasted papad cones with the sprout salad just before serving to prevent the papads from getting soggy. 5. Serve chilled in small glasses to hold the cones.
