Recipe

Ingredients: * Bread slices: 2 (white or brown) * Butter: 2 tsp (soft) * Garlic: ½ tsp (minced) * Red chili flakes: 1 tsp * Mixed herbs: 1 tsp * Cheese: 2 cubes (grated) * Coriander: for garnishing (finely chopped)

Instructions: 1. Preheat the OTG on bake mode at 180 degrees Celsius. 2. Mix red chili flakes, garlic, and herbs in the butter. 3. Apply liberally on one side of the bread slices. 4. Sprinkle grated cheese. 5. Garnish with coriander, red chili flakes, and herbs. 6. Bake until the cheese is light golden and the bread is crisp. 7. Serve hot with a cup of coffee, tea, or a cold drink.
