Recipe

Ingredients: * ½ cup all-purpose flour * 3 Tbsp caster sugar * 50g soft butter * 2 tsp cocoa powder * 1 tsp instant coffee mixed with 1 tsp hot water * ½ tsp vanilla essence * 1 Tbsp chocolate chips * 1 Tbsp chopped walnuts

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together butter and sugar for a minute.
  2. Add the coffee liqueur, all-purpose flour, and vanilla essence. Mix well.
  3. Add the cocoa powder, chocolate chips, and walnuts.
  4. Bring together as a dough and refrigerate for 5 to 10 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius on bake mode.
  6. Shape the cool dough into cookies and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
  7. Once cool, store in an airtight container.
