Recipe

Ingredients: * 2 papad (dal papad recommended), cut into halves

Equipment: * Flat pan * Clean cloth * Scissors

Instructions: 1. Heat the flat pan. 2. Place one half of the papad on the heated pan. 3. Roast lightly from both sides, pressing down with a clean cloth to ensure even cooking. Be careful not to burn the papad. 4. Immediately, while the papad is still hot, roll it into a cone with the help of the clean cloth. 5. Hold the cone shape until it cools and retains its form. 6. Store the cones in an airtight container for use as needed.
