Ingredients:
- ½ cup (63g) Whole Wheat flour
- 2 Tbsp (28g) Ghee
- 3 Tbsp (33g) Caster sugar
- ¼ tsp Baking powder
- 2 tsp Roasted cashew (broken)
- ⅛ tsp Salt
- 1 ½ - 2 Tbsp Milk
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
- In a mixing bowl, add the ghee and caster sugar and whisk for a minute or two, till fluffy.
- Add the flour, salt, and cashew and mix well with a fork.
- Knead gently with hand to bring the dough together. Add milk as required.
- Shape the dough into cookies and make a pattern with a fork.
