Ingredients: * 250g raw whole cashews

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius on toast mode (both lower and upper rod on).
  2. Spread the cashews in a single layer on a flat tray without crowding.
  3. Put the tray in the preheated oven in the center.
  4. Stir once after about 15 minutes.
  5. Check and stir every 5-10 minutes thereafter, until they are an even golden brown (should take around 20-25 minutes).
  6. Take out from the oven.
  7. Once cool, store in an airtight container and enjoy this very healthy and tasty snack!
