Recipe
Ingredients:
- Paneer (170 grams), cut into half-inch cubes
- Onions (2 medium), finely chopped
- Tomato (1 big), finely chopped
- Capsicum (1 small), finely chopped
- Garlic (1 tsp), finely chopped (optional)
- Green chillies (3-4), slit lengthwise
- Tomato ketchup (1 TbSp)
- Coriander, chopped (for garnishing)
- Salt (to taste)
- Red chilli powder (1 tsp)
- Coriander powder (1 tsp)
- Oil (2 TbSp)
Instructions:
- In a pan or kadai, take oil. Once hot, add the garlic (optional).
- Once light pink add the onions. Saute till they are translucent.
- Now add the tomatoes. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, till they are mushy and the oil leaves the sides.
- Now add the green chillies, ketchup, and all spices and salt. Mix well.
- Add the paneer. Saute for a minute.
- Add the capsicum. Mix well.
- Switch off the gas. Plate the paneer and garnish with coriander.
- Serve hot with parathas /rotis.
