What makes this dish special

Recipe

Ingredients: * Bread slices / edges : coarsely ground in the blender (2 cups) * Carrot : half cup (Grated) * Cabbage : 1 cup (finely chopped) * Capsicum : 1/4 cup (finely chopped) * Green peas : 1/2 cup (par boiled) * Boiled potatoes : 3/4 cup (cut into small cubes) * Beans : 1/4cup (finely chopped) * Onion : 1 medium (slit length wise) * Salt : to taste * Red chilli powder : 1tsp * Oil : 2 Tbsp * Peanuts : 2 Tbsp * Split white urad daal : 1 tsp * Channa daal : 1/2 tsp * Black mustard seeds : 1 tsp * Whole dry red chillies : 2 (cut into half) * Curry leaves : 7 to 8 (cut roughly) * Green chillies : 2 to 3 (chopped) * Ginger : half tsp (grated) * Lemon juice : 1 Tbsp * Coriander : for garnishing (chopped)

Instructions: 1. In a pan /kadai, take the oil. Once hot, add the peanuts. Once they start to crackle, add both daals, mustard seeds and ginger. Saute for 30s. Add the red chillies, green chillies, curry leaves, saute for another 30s. 2. Now add the onions. Saute till translucent. Add all the vegetables, except the capsicum. Saute on high flame for a minute or two. Now add the salt and red chilli powder. Mix well. Now add the crushed bread and saute for a couple of minutes. 3. Add the lemon juice and mix well. Add the capsicum in the end, toss well and switch off the flame. 4. Serve hot, garnished with chopped coriander,along with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
