Recipe

Ingredients: * Potatoes: 100g (boiled and mashed) * Cheese: 25g (grated) * Cornflour: 25g * Salt: to taste * Black pepper powder: ¼ tsp * Red chilli flakes: ¼ tsp * Oregano: ¼ tsp * Coriander: 1 tsp (chopped) * Oil: for frying

Instructions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together to form a smooth dough. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more cornflour.
  2. Place the dough in a zip-lock bag and shape it into a rectangle.
  3. Cut the dough into strips.
  4. Deep fry on medium flame until light golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with ketchup and green chutney.
