Architecture Tip
When designing the house and deciding on the plinth level, take into consideration the height of the roads around you. If the final road levels have been achieved, then a height of about two feet is fine. But in case you feel that the roads are still to be made and probably there will be a layer on top of it, then decide on the plinth height accordingly. It can be anywhere like three feet to four feet or even five feet as required.
